* Important: Authors of accepted papers who require additional time to complete institutional payment procedures (including Proforma Invoice processing or internal approval) will remain eligible for the Early Registration fee until August 15, 2026.

Authors should submit the registration payment only after receiving the acceptance notification from the submission system.

Notes

• Online registration is available only for participants registered under the Author category who are unable to attend the symposium in person. It is not available for participants registered under the Regular Attendee, Student, Accompanying Person or Exhibitor categories.
• One Author registration covers one accepted paper. For each additional accepted paper presented under the same Author registration, an additional registration fee of 50 EUR applies.

Payment Information

Currency

Registration fees are defined in EUR (€). Participants paying in EUR must transfer the exact registration fee amount corresponding to their registration category.

Participants paying in USD or BRL must transfer the equivalent amount of the applicable EUR registration fee. The equivalent amount should be calculated using the exchange rate available from their bank or preferred exchange rate provider on the payment date.

Bank Transfer

Bank transfer fees, exchange fees and intermediary bank charges are the responsibility of the participant. The final amount received by the symposium organization must correspond to the applicable registration fee.

Payment options are available in EUR, USD and BRL using one of the payment methods presented below.

Registration Benefits

Registration benefits vary according to the selected registration category.

Unless otherwise specified, registration fees include lunches during the symposium days, access to the symposium program and conference proceedings.

Social Dinner participation is subject to confirmation by the symposium organization, venue capacity and event planning. Priority may be given to authors, invited speakers, official guests and participants directly involved in the symposium technical program.

Student Registration

Eligibility

Student rates apply only to participants enrolled in undergraduate or graduate programs, including Bachelor, Master and PhD programs.

Student rates do not apply to authors or co-authors of accepted papers. Authors must register under the Author category.

Required Document

Participants registered under the Student category must provide valid proof of active enrollment and attach it to the payment confirmation email.

Accompanying Person Category

Who can register?

The Accompanying Person category is intended exclusively for spouses, family members or social companions accompanying a registered participant.

The name of the associated registered participant must be informed during registration.

Access

Accompanying Persons may attend the symposium, including the technical sessions and coffee breaks.

This category does not include paper submission, paper presentation or author/co-author registration.

Accompanying Persons may attend technical sessions as observers only.

Important

The Accompanying Person category may not be used by authors or co-authors of accepted papers. Authors and co-authors must register under the appropriate Author category.

Participants requiring a Proforma Invoice for institutional payment or reimbursement purposes may request one from the symposium organization.

If required, please indicate this in the Registration Form and provide the necessary billing information.

Final Important Notes

• Registration is considered complete only after payment confirmation.
• Creating an account or submitting a manuscript through the Springer submission platform does not constitute symposium registration.
• At least one author of each accepted paper must complete registration under the Author category.
