HYBRID EVENT: Online presentation is available only for authors who are unable to attend ISMCR 2026 in person. This option is not available for regular attendees, non-author students, accompanying persons or exhibitors.

Early Registration (before August 1st, 2026)

Payments in EUR, USD and BRL
Registration fees are defined in EUR (€).
Participants paying in EUR must transfer the exact registration fee amount corresponding to their registration category.
Participants paying in USD or BRL must transfer the equivalent amount of the applicable EUR registration fee, using the exchange rate applied by their bank or payment provider on the payment date.
Bank transfer fees, exchange fees and intermediary bank charges are the responsibility of the participant. The final amount received by the symposium organization must correspond to the applicable registration fee.
Payment options are available in EUR, USD and BRL according to the bank details presented below.
The registration fees include lunches during the symposium days, access to the ISMCR 2026 social activities, including the social dinner on September 17, the symposium program, and the conference proceedings.
Social dinner participation will be organized based on advance confirmation through the registration process and venue capacity.
At least one Conference Registration Fee must be paid in order to have the paper(s) published in the conference proceedings.
One Author registration covers one accepted paper. For each additional paper presented under the same Author registration, an additional fee of 50 EUR will be required.
For online presentations, the registration fee includes access to the conference proceedings only.
Online presentation options are intended primarily for participants who are unable to attend the symposium in person.
Student Registration Category
Student rates apply only to participants enrolled in undergraduate or graduate programs, including Bachelor, Master and PhD programs.
Student rates do not apply to authors of paper submissions. Authors must register under the Author category.
Participants registered under the Student category must provide valid proof of active enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program.
Accompanying Person Category
The Accompanying Person category is intended exclusively for spouses, family members or social companions accompanying a registered participant.
The name of the associated registered participant must be informed during registration.
The Accompanying Person category does not include paper submission, presentation rights or access to technical sessions.
Participation in social activities and the social dinner is subject to prior confirmation and venue capacity.

Participants registered under the Student category must also provide valid proof of active enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program.
Important Notes
- Registration is considered complete only after payment confirmation.
- Creating an account or submitting a manuscript through the Springer submission platform does not constitute symposium registration.
- At least one author of each accepted paper must complete registration under the Author category.
