HYBRID EVENT: For those who, for many reasons, could not travel to RIO DE JANEIRO, online presentations will be possible , the fees in these cases will be 60 €.

Early Registration (before August 1st, 2026)

Authors and members of sponsoring institutions: 100 €
Others: 120 €
Students /Accompanying Persons: 40 €
Exhibitors: 250 €
Online Presentation: 60 €

 

Regular Registration (after August 1st, 2026)

Authors and members of sponsoring institutions: 120 €
Others: 140 €
Students /Accompanying Persons:  55 €

Exhibitors: 300 €
Online Presentation: 60 €

-Payments in Brazilian Reais (BRL)
-Registration fees are defined in euros (€).
-For participants paying in Brazilian Reais (BRL), the applicable fees will be calculated based on an official EUR–BRL exchange rate fixed on a specific reference date, which will be announced in advance.
-This approach allows participants to estimate the expected registration cost in BRL, while the final fixed amounts in Brazilian Reais will be published closer to the event.

The registration fees include lunches on the symposium days, a social dinner on September 17, the ISMCR 2026 program, and the conference proceedings.

At least one Conference Registration Fee has to be paid in order to have the paper(s) published. A proof of active doctoral student / student should be presented.

For each additional paper of the same registered participant, a fee of 50 EUR is supplementary required.

The conference fees for participants that are not registered with a paper is of 140 EUR and cover the conference documents, coffee breaks, lunches, welcome party and the social dinner.

For online presentation, the fees include only the proceedings; the e-book will be sent to the corresponding author by Springer.

Online participation will be available exclusively for registered participants who are unable to attend the symposium in person.
